Charming Rental

Our team relished this particular project and the challenge of transforming a builder-grade space into a charming short-term rental. The home is a new build in the heart of the city of Fort Worth, and our clients wanted to transform it into a cozy, high-quality short rental property with a retreat feeling.

Because the budget was limited and the house lacked any interesting architectural elements, our goal became to fill it with color and emotion. We wanted to create an atmospheric vibe that would bring both comfort and inspiration to guests. We looked for ways to add charm and personality, so we spent extra time creating depth with tone-on-tone patterns, blended hues, and time-worn furnishings and fabrics.
