Room virtual design

WHAT’S INCLUDED

Furniture Selection.

We select all of the furnishings you need in your home, from upholstery to dining chairs, incorporating any heirloom or sentimental pieces you have in the process. We will provide you with a detailed mood board showing how all the selected furnishings look together.

Floor Plan.

We'll provide you with a detailed floor plan showing where your furnishings and cabinetry should be placed.

Shopping List.

We'll provide you with a detailed product list with direct links to purchase and specifications such as dimensions, finishes, prices, etc.

We will provide you with all the design details necessary so that you can implement the design at your own pace. Design concepts are yours to implement on your own timeline and tweak as needed. One edit is included. If you need plans for multiple rooms, add each room separately to your cart.

Who is this service for?

This service is perfect for you if:

  • You enjoy the convenience of online shopping and implementing it at your own pace but want professional guidance to prevent mistakes and multiple returns and ensure that you buy the right furniture size.

  • You would like a room designed by an Interior Designer but favor the affordability and the promptness of e-Design.

  • You have time and enjoy the DIY process but prefer having a professional designer give you the concept and steps to implement the design on your own effectively.

  • You live outside the Aledo/Fort Worth area and would like a space designed by Klopp Interiors.

What is included?

(1) Initial Design meeting via Zoom.

(1) Detailed to-scale floor plan showing where your furnishings and/or cabinetry should be placed.

(1) Detailed Product List with dimensions, finishes, prices, and direct links to purchase.

(2) 3-D Conceptual Rendering illustrating our recommended design concept for your room.

(1) Recorded video walkthrough explaining the concept.

(1) Round of Revisions/Reselections.

Final Design Board with approved furnishings, area rugs, artwork, window treatments, lighting, and some accessories.

Paint and Finishes Board (if applicable).

Additional Product List with alternative furniture pieces for you to tweak as needed.

Design Notes to implement your custom design at your own pace.

How does it work?

Step 1: Book a Free Consultation here

We will get to know more about your vision and the scope of your project and discuss what working with us looks like.

Step 2: You will receive a Proposal

You will receive an email from us within 24 hours (Mon-Fri) with an Investment Guide and Proposal. When you are ready to move forward with us, we will send our Welcome Package, including an invoice for design fees, a Welcome Guide, a Service Agreement, and instructions for our first meeting.

Step 3: Prepare for our Design Meeting

There are several steps you can take to make our first meeting more efficient and effective. Photograph and measure your room, and create a Pinterest board with photos of rooms you love. Take photos of any items you want to keep, including furnishings, rugs, lamps, etc. Measure these items and share photos, measurements, and your Pinterest board with us.

Step 4: Design Meeting

We'll meet with you via Zoom to discuss your project and find out more about you and your style.

Step 5: Your Design Presentation arrives in your Inbox!

Based on a combination of what we have learned from you and our own creativity, we will create a design plan for your room.

Step 6: Revision

Included in the service is one additional meeting over Zoom where we will discuss every detail that you like and that you would like to change. After our meeting, I normally take 3-4 days to work on your revised design.

Step 7: Design Handoff

You will receive your revised Design Presentation in your inbox. I will send you off with a resource guide that includes helpful tips and how-to's for your project. It’s time to paint, shop, decorate and/or begin renovating! And finally, we’d love to see pictures of your finished projects!

Book your discovery call! During this 30-minute call, we will discuss what working with an Interior Designer looks like for your specific project. I will help you understand which plan is right for you, explain how we can work together, and answer any questions you might have. After our call, you will receive in your inbox a custom proposal for your project.

F.A.Q.

  • After purchasing our Service, you will receive an email with detailed instructions for measuring and photographing your space. Also, during our Zoom video call, you will be able to show me your space in real-time using the camera on the device you’re taking the call from.

  • Nope! The sourcing list is yours to implement and tweak as you please. For example, if we source a white sofa from a particular brand, you can buy a white sofa from a different company (or any color sofa, for that matter!) If we source a floral pillow, you might see a similar one by a different brand on sale at a store, and that's great too. Feel free to make it yours and use it as a guide for your design but don't feel limited by it.

  • We present one concept for each room, designed in its entirety so that you are able to see the full, cohesive picture. We do offer a few additional options for some furnishings and one round of revisions.

  • e-Design Services are non-refundable as we have already undertaken the work and time to create your custom design.
